And if it wasn't for the unruly mob that sucked us, the true fans, into being the wall of the mosh pit, I might have enjoyed the show a bit more. And if it wasn't for the elbows, heads, shoulders, and various other body parts grinding into my chest, I might have been able to breathe easier. And if it wasn't for the fact that I had to keep looking behind me in hopes to catch the Nike of a crowd-surfer before it rammed my head, and the holding up of passed-out attendees around me, I might have enjoyed the show a bit more. And if it wasn't for the battle I fought just to keep my balance through the entire show, I might have been able to enjoy it a bit more.
I am not mad. I am not regretting I went. I am just thoroughly disappointed in the crowd. I seriously was holding back many, many punches. The *ONLY* reason I didn't (because if you're gonna punch anyone... do it in a mosh pit where it's somewhat accepted) is because I knew that would only add fuel to the fire and I would lose all chance to enjoy at least some of the show. (Please note I've never punched anyone, ever. But I would have last night.)
Tool should not have a rowdy crowd. There are no words to describe the hatred I have for so many individuals of this sold out, crapped out, and jaded society.
I have some new B&W's I took of Becky. We like them, but I can't seem to get myself to scan and post them. Keep bugging me about them and maybe I'll get around to them quicker.
