There are many of you on this list that I only have email addresses for.

I apologize this message must find you electronically.  If I had a phone number, I would have called.

There are others who we’ve tried to, and perhaps successfully have contacted by phone.

 

I sit here, at 10pm at night, just 2 hours after I’ve learned of some very unfortunate news that I felt needed to be spread to Sara’s friends.

 

Sara was found around noon today on her kitchen floor.  She has died.

At this moment, there has been no report as to the cause of this extremely shocking event, but it’s assumed that it was due to heart complications.

Her body was lying as if she had simply passed out.  I really have no more details other than that.

Also, at this moment there are no plans set for a memorial but we know it will be a small one, just like she would have wanted.

 

I am sorry to bear this news upon you all.  You have all been good friends and she appreciated and admired every single one of you.

We both have appreciated your support of The Barn over the past year and a half and truly thank those who shared themselves with us at the events.  Last Thursday’s show with Hector On Stilts will end up being the last show at The Barn and I’m glad it ended on such a nice note.

 

For the time being, I will be your contact person and provide you with any details you need, if I have them.

NOTE:  I will not have a chance to answer most calls but leave your info and I will be back in touch.

 

Thank you.  I hope we can all be happy from what we’ve gained from Sara.  She could sing like no one I know and has been a constant source of inspiration for me over the past 5 years.  My best wishes to you all if I do not hear from you.
